Meat Quality Assurance Officer

We are currently seeking for an experienced Meat Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The role is primarily concerned with maintaining the Quality Standards for the Company and the wider Group. This role is important to ensure that the reputation of the Company is upheld and maintained as a result of dealing with Food Grade products on a wholesale and retail level.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates the deployment of quality systems and
certification processes within the organization.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished
product quality
- Train employees, customers, and suppliers in applicable QA policies and procedures
