As the Senior Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Quality and Compliance team.

Your new role
As the Senior Quality and Compliance Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Quality and Compliance team. Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside and supplement existing resources in the Perth based team with a focus on:
Review of Training & Assessment resources to meet standards
Mapping
Coordination of validation schedules and activities
Writing and management of policies, procedures etc
Document management and control
Maintenance of CI register and activities
Audit preparation
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Law, Business).
Extensive experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory roles within the VET sector.
Strong knowledge of VET standards and legislation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and independently without high levels of supervision.
