THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Working with multiple stakeholders within agencies and market to ensure successful campaign delivery and client outcomes in APEX self-serve and monitored IO digital campaigns.

As a valued member of the team, the digital performance manager will work with the programmatic director and account managers to deliver and plan effective biddable campaigns.

KEY OUTPUTS

SELF SERVICE

• Deliver RTB buying strategies, optimization and strong reporting insights across APEX trading clients
• Generate finest outcomes for our clients bringing best practice and new innovative ideas to get to the goal
• Identify and effectively communicate the APEX trading desk proposition, tech, process and partnerships as they relay to the grown of current clients

MANAGED SERVICE

• Ensure briefs are clear and details from agency partners and effectively brief appropriate partners
• Own the digital media strategic and tactical recommendation outputs
• Generate the finest outcomes for clients delivering on APEX KPIs and business goals for the group 

CLIENT SERVICING/ MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS 

• Build relationships with key agency teams, you need to be a trusted partner
• Work with agencies to help provide brief acknowledgements for their clients assisting through the planning and buying process
• Build new media proposals, effectively communicating media strategies and rationale
• Assess the digital media landscape, building strong relationships with programmatic partners and tech to effectively communicate this to stakeholders

COMMERCIAL/ FINANCE

• Deliver on APEX targets via products and solutions to clients
• Assist GDD/PD with monthly reconciliations and owning the finance process as well as campaign forecasts in salesforce
• Ensure agencies remain compliance with paperwork and loading

OPERATIONAL

• For self-serve – ensure tight streamlined process is implemented for programmatic excellence including recommendations, monitoring and optimization
• For managed – follow streamlined process for briefing/proposals/ invoicing & billing

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• Min 3 years' experience in programmatic media trading
• Preferred client facing experience
• Strong knowledge and working knowledge of Australian media and programmatic landscape
• Experience across DSPs: DV360, TTD, Yahoo
• Preferred experience in DOOH and Audio programmatic media buying

As a Department Manager you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your store. You ensure you have a Great Team and support their development, working with succession planning, talent development and structured performance management for your team based on results, values, and leadership.   

Key responsibilities: 

• Regularly analyse and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and together with the Visual  

• Merchandisers you take action to maximise sales. 

• Drive Hello Member program in line with country goals 

• Ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool.  

• Together with your Visual Team, you ensure the implementation of the Commercial Handbook. 

• Evaluate and manage the performance of your team; give regular feedback, execute performance development reviews, development plans, follow-up and take any appropriate action to improve performance and develop your team. 

• Actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support the business and store needs.

As an IT Manager, you will provide support to a variety of teams—artists, designers, programmers, administrative staff, and more—to keep their workstations, software, and other tools running smoothly. You will play a key role in assessing the studio’s infrastructure, anticipating future needs, planning necessary support, and leading our IT Support Technicians team.

From the beginning of your journey with us, you will:

• Provide first-line technical support for users, helping with hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage hardware and software inventories, ensure IT resources are secure and compliant, and provide reports as needed.
• Act as the initial point of contact for security alerts from EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) or other security investigations.
• Work closely with the HQ IT Manager, Global Infrastructure, and Infosec teams at Gameloft to enhance standardization, operational efficiency, and security across the company.
• Manage the local IT team by coaching team members, setting clear job expectations, evaluating their performance, and helping them plan and set goals.
• Use monitoring tools like Zabbix to ensure the infrastructure is healthy and responsive.
• Work with virtualization platforms, such as Proxmox, to manage virtual environments.
• Install, license, and troubleshoot development toolchains like Visual Studio and Xcode.
• Manage source control systems, including Git and Perforce.
• Support 2D/3D content creation software, including packages from Maxon, Adobe, and Autodesk.
• Oversee on-premises services and network operations.
• Provide regular reports to the Studio Manager and the HQ IT Manager to ensure alignment with studio and company priorities
• Take a hands-on approach by actively moving equipment in the studio and assisting with shipping.
