Key Responsibilities:

Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Development and Implementation:

• Collaborate with the Indigenous Affairs Director and team to create, implement, and monitor the RAP in alignment with Sodexo’s values and strategic goals.
• Build partnerships with Indigenous Australians, Native Title Custodians, and Traditional Owner groups to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Establish measurable objectives and track progress to ensure accountability across the organization.
• Support internal stakeholders in achieving RAP targets and hold them accountable for delivery.
• Prepare and distribute reports related to the RAP for internal and external stakeholders.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and support Indigenous Mentor and Community Liaison Officers to foster respect, inclusivity, and community engagement.
• Provide professional development opportunities for team members, ensuring their growth and effectiveness.
• Embed culturally safe practices as part of business as usual.

Community Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with Traditional Owners and Indigenous communities, ensuring their perspectives are integral to our practices.
• Serve as a point of contact for Indigenous stakeholders and facilitate community consultations for feedback.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the capacity of Indigenous individuals, businesses, and community organizations.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and issues to position Sodexo as a leader in Indigenous Affairs.

Operational Support:

• Provide guidance to frontline managers and coordinate services related to Indigenous Affairs.
• Travel to sites as directed by the Indigenous Affairs Director.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify service delivery improvements.

Business Development Support:

• Work with the Business Development team to incorporate Traditional Owner engagement strategies in bids.
• Ensure compliance with cultural protocols while showcasing our commitment to reconciliation and inclusion in tenders.

Reporting and Tracking:

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the RAP and Indigenous engagement initiatives, providing updates to leadership.
• Use data and feedback to drive improvements in employment and retention activities.

The Client Services Manager will join our Ticketek team based in Adelaide. The role will work closely with clients from SA’s most prestigious venues, stadiums and clubs ticketing world-class sporting and entertainment events. 

As a Client Services Manager you will ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts. You will liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments such as marketing, web, technology and finance to ensure our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.

As Client Services Manager, your role will include:

• Client Relationships: Partnering with Clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames. Delivering accurate event builds. Providing timely and concise reporting and insights
• Event Operations: Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System as well as manage ticketing operations on event day
• Event Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with internal and external leads to ensure marketing and promotional strategies are implemented ahead of time and fulfilled as planned
• Business Development: Work with the State Manager and your team to innovate and provide value-added services and solutions to Clients that increase ticket sales and build brand and event profile

The Role:

Simples Machines are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join our growing Sydney team.

Our Delivery Managers are crucial to the success of our client engagements. You will be comfortable managing large technology projects and enjoy working as part of a team of senior experts solving challenging problems. 

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams of software engineers, designers, and QA specialists to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Outcome and Value: collaborating closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure outcomes are aligned with business objectives.
• Planning: developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Commercial Engagement: Define and manage the project scope through detailed Statements of Work. Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress and expectations. Take overall responsibility for overseeing client projects, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and are delivered successfully.
• Risk management: Identifying potential risks and owning mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Process improvement: Identify ways to improve how Simple Machines deliver for the client and take ownership of the implementation of those improvements.
• Efficiency of delivery: work with the Simple Machines and client teams to identify and resolve issues and inhibitors to success. Take accountability of the team’s velocity.
• Expertise and advisory: build a deep and technical understanding of the client’s business and the work Simple Machines are delivering. Use that knowledge to become a trusted and reliable advisor to the client team.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Expert level understanding of software development processes, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall/Fixed Price.
• Understanding of time reporting against projects and time tracking/burndown of time against budgets.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in written and verbal form.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Professional Experience and Qualifications
