Reporting into the Group Manager - Talent and Engagement, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and analysing employee surveys to provide insights and recommendations on key business decisions which impact our People. Your advanced Microsoft Excel skills will enable you to efficiently clean and manipulate large data sets, to identify trends.

As Employee Engagement Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, including HR Business Partners, to ensure teams have the required insights to improve the employee experience at Qantas. You will also be responsible for managing the action planning process once data is available by facilitating consultation processes and overseeing the implementation of recommendations.

You’ll have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science or related field

• Demonstrated experience in survey design and rollout, project coordination and/or data manipulation

• Experience turning raw data into actionable insights in a large and complex environment  

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with commercial acumen

• Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• Natural curiosity and continuous improvement mindset with an interest in Employee Engagement

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Knowledge of Qualtrics and Workday highly regarded

Join our dynamic team based in Alexandria, NSW, on a full-time basis, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting SGS's mission to analyze soil, water, and air. As a valued team member, you will collaborate closely with management to uphold SGS's analytical capabilities, specifically focusing on conducting routine analyses within the Hygiene section.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

• With minimal supervision and a degree of independence, initiative and judgment, undertake routine preparation and analysis of soil and water samples.
• Perform asbestos fibre counting and asbestos identification on a range of materials including building materials, soil, water and dust samples.
• Perform onsite sampling as required by the client.
• Become an authorised signatory for Fibre counting and Fibre identification.
• Participate in external and internal proficiency testing as required by the business.
• Carry out scheduled instrument calibration and maintenance in accordance with documented procedures.
• Understand and uphold general laboratory QA/QC criteria and NATA accreditation requirements and ensure the quality of data procedure.
• Maintain and update skills, qualifications and knowledge through courses and on the job training to support improvement.
• Develop and validate new analytical methods and instrumentation as required by the business.
• Perform other duties as directed by the section supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the section.

1. Investment Strategy:

We are seeking a dynamic PMO Analyst to join our company. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all projects are running smoothly, on budget, and on time. What you’ll do 

In your new role, as a Financial Viability Analyst, your key focus will be to use your financial analysis, credit & liquidity analysis, and data management skills to collect and analyse financial statements, provide recommendations, and prepare evidence based assessment reports for our customers on organizations tendering for a range of contracts. This will utilise your financial literacy & numeracy skills, as well as your ability to analyse financial statements and assign assessment scores and rating based on financial capabilities.

You will prepare evidence based reports that identify key issues and insights and make recommendations, so strong report writing and presentation skills are essential.

Using your strong stakeholder management skills, you will build rapport with external senior stakeholders in the Government and Private sectors to obtain key information such as report requirements, financial statements, assessment scope and any additional queries. You can demonstrate your time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and performance targets.

In addition, you will keep abreast of industry developments to ensure you are familiar with the business drivers, dynamics, macro-economic environment and challenges across a range of markets. 

What experience do you need? 

●  Degree qualifications in Accounting or Finance, ideally supported with CPA, CA or CFA Qualifications

● Corporate experience in financial services & banking domain preferred
