This role sits at the heart of the Rewards function helping us to collect and analyse reward related data to design and implement competitive compensation and benefit frameworks, policies and processes.

Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will have high attention to detail and a collaborative style. You will collect and analyse reward related data to help design and implement competitive compensation and benefit frameworks, policies and processes. Your role will support with the interpretation, education and provision of insights and analytics for the Rewards group, HRIS team and broader P&C team.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Assess position descriptions, complete job evaluations and benchmarking
Participate in and evaluate the outcomes of multiple salary surveys across different countries.
Wage and cost modelling
Review market competitiveness of incentive and benefit programs
Support cyclical and other operational activities
Assist with initiation of visa and or relocation for domestic and international arrangements.

Strong analytical, numerical and presentation skills
Ability to present the findings in a clear, summarised way to a varied audience.
Systemic thinking and problem solving.
Intermediate to advance excel skills.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information as well as ability to navigate ambiguity.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
SAP experience
Business Intelligence (BI) system
