As an Injury Management Specialist you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of workers from our largest customers. Drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, you will deliver specialist services and strategic initiatives to deliver optimal health and return to work outcomes.   

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durations
• Implement services as per Customer SLAs
• Coach team member to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements
• Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims
• Represent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required

We are growing and are seeking a Triage Injury Management Consutlant to work on a full time basis. This role is to connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support and linking them into support services and resources available to them. You will be working in a Triage Team which is dedicated to providing personalised health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work. This is done by using your clinical experience in a corporate work environment. The work is undertaken telephonically meaning that it can be undertaken from home or office. 

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals.
• Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client population.
• Provide initial early intervention Triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services.
• Undertaking of relevant case coordination activity including liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; and creation of appropriate documentation such as a treatment plans or other documentation as required.

About the role:

You will play a vital role in overseeing the Accounts processes for our suppliers. You will be responsible for accurately processing and recording all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Most importantly, you will contribute to the scalability of the function as we grow. You will also support our accounts receivable process.

This is a fixed-term contract position of 9 months, with a view to permanent employment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Processing carrier invoices and ensuring they’re reconciled with our systems through our unique shipment references.
• Handle carriers’ invoice and payment queries with professionalism via email/phone.
• Proactively consult with various departments and creditors to resolve quantity and price discrepancies.
• Shipper invoicing.
• Run weekly reports.
• Carrier statements reconciliation.
• Assist in updating system data and job codes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while dealing with external stakeholders and provide consistent, timely and accurate delivery of accounts payable services.
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor.
• Process improvements.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years demonstrated accounts payable experience.
• Tertiary/Post secondary school qualifications in accounting as major or equivalent.
• Advanced ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel.
