Our client is seeking a skilled Information and Records Management Specialist to lead Information Management Governance efforts. Key Responsibilities
Information Management Governance: Lead the execution of the Information Governance Framework, ensuring comprehensive lifecycle management, compliance, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Develop and monitor procedures to enhance data integrity, retention, and accessibility.
Strategic Thought Leadership: Drive information management initiatives aligned with evolving business needs. Provide expert insights on trends, risks, and strategic direction, contributing to organisational knowledge management goals and promoting best practices.
External Liaison: Manage relationships with key external organisations, including completion of annual compliance submissions and ensuring adherence to relevant policies.
Service Delivery & Advice: Oversee assessments of information systems, ensuring compliance with archiving standards and regulations.
