We are based in South-East Queensland, servicing the majority of our clients between Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Northern New South Wales. About the role:
Due to company growth, our specialised team is now in urgent need of an experienced full-time Systems Administrator. The successful applicant should have the desire, capabilities, and technical skills to work in a demanding role and maintain professional and friendly relationships with our clients and support their IT problems in a timely and effective manner.
Our focus industries include manufacturing, professional services, medical, creative agencies, education, marketing departments, and general business operation.

Skills and experience:
We are a prominent Apple Solutions Expert, so it is important to have a passion and skillset for all Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, etc.). Windows support expertise, networking capability, and knowledge of modern cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365) are also important.
Essential Criteria, the successful applicant must also have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for the role
Apple and Windows experience
High-level network experience (VPNs, routing, LAN, WAN)
Windows server support
Networking language knowledge and experience
Skills in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Dropbox Business.
Other Desirable Criteria:
Jamf Pro certifications
Microsoft certifications
Cisco certifications
Confident in server administration and networking
Apple certifications
Device management with Intune
Server virtualisation and cloud servers

The successful candidates will be based at either our Bundall, Gold Coast head office or our Hamilton, Brisbane office.
