O rganise and produce work/run schedules for technicians which optimises the efficient delivery of services to our customers. Demonstrate a commitment to the continual improvement of processes by providing suggestions for improvements and actively participate in review processes to assist branches to meet their objectives, targets and KPI. Position Description:
Ensuring that effective and efficient run schedules are produced for action by t echnicians .
Ensuring that changes in booking systems are constantly updated .
Active participation in the TEAM concept through a process of open communication.
Managing competing priorities and g uiding t echnicians on priorities when necessary.
Maintaining a safe and harmonious working environment.
Compliance with and commitment to the Flick Quality, Environment and OHS Management Systems in your area of responsibility
Ensuring that work /run schedules are geographically and time efficient and effective in meeting customer needs.
Minimising customer defections or losses through the provision of the high-quality service scheduling.
From an operational perspective, a ctively seek opportunities to enhance Flick processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement of the OHS , Quality and Environmental System.
Monitor any objectives, targets or KPI's in your area of responsibility.
Implement changes as instructed.
