Conduct market intelligence exercises and counterfeit investigations, maintaining monthly security reports, emergency plans, and security manuals. Develop and implement security procedures and policies aligned with global corporate standards. Conduct risk assessments and audits for hotels, transport service providers, manufacturing sites and facilities regularly. Act as the central point of contact for all security-related matters for the ANZ affiliate. Ensure safety and security of employees, collaborating to implement security measures systems and procedures required for safety and security of employees. Monitor and mitigate ongoing and emerging security threats, providing expert advice. Implement supply chain security programs, incident response plans and crisis management plans whilst supporting the Emergency Response Team Foster relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, local French embassy and private security providers. Become the point of contact for security support required by all international and domestic travellers, including International Assignees in the country. Provide guidance to security correspondents on security procedures and security measures related to physical security design, guarding services, technical security,  and crisis response. About you Experience: A strong background in security management. Sound knowledge of information security risk management, cybersecurity technologies. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Fraud Examiner certifications desirable Proficiency in security tools and systems. Experience in Crisis Management within a corporate environment. Proven track record in corporate security, crisis management, or related fields. A self-motivator with the ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve security goals. Reporting to the Sales Director, your role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects who have a need for LEAP’s services, building and nurturing relationships with prospects. The ideal candidate should be ambitious towards their goals, a hunter that loves to win and hit targets, and have a genuine interest in sales with an appetite to carve out a sales career.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Identify and qualify new prospects
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects
• Maintain a solid pipeline of prospects
• Convert prospects into demonstration bookings
• Master and confidently demonstrate the benefits of LEAP to opportunities either in person or online (3+ user target market only)
• Ensure all communication with opportunities is effective and moves to a close
• Negotiate to a win / win outcome with prospects
• Master the LEAP demonstration script
• Respond quickly to sales enquiries by phone or email
• Monitor and report on activities and KPIs using Salesforce
• Attend sales conferences and events
• Attend conferences, roadshows, exhibitions and events, networking with existing clients and prospective clients

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• A proven record and demonstrated passion for solution selling, preferably within a professional service or B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads, including prospecting, cold calling, converting leads into demonstration bookings and closing deals
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through confidence and trust
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM (desired, but not essential)
• Legal industry experience (desired, but not essential)

Migration Services t/a Pacific Center is looking for a full time Project administrator to join our team in Manly NSW. You must be able to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese and has basic knowledge of Spanish and/or Polish language.

Position tasks:

• Resolve problems concerning services provided and persons affected
• Responsible for time-wise delivery of projects of the organisation
• Manage paperwork associated with programs and services provided
• Work with business professionals, the owners and other third parties
• Ensure that project and the organisation goals are met within timeframes
• Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and is responsible for implementation of business decisions
• Oversee work of contractors and reports on variations to work orders
• Prepare and review reports concerning the organisation's activities
• Collect and analyses data associated with projects undertaken, and reports on the outcomes
• Arrange new office accommodation
• Assisting with various administration tasks associated with keeping accurate records and documentation
• Collaborates with Registered Migration Agents
Mandatory Requirements:
• Experience in business development and project management
• Experience from international education industry
• Must have proven knowledge of the Australian, Canadian and USA educational systems
• Sound knowledge of and experience in the Australian education sector
• IT literate in word and excel processing, knowledge of databases and social media applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills
• Team building skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English
• Qualification in project management, leadership and managemt or similar
• Minimum of 3+ years work experience in a similar role
