A bit more about the role
As a Talent Development Lead, you will consult with Business and Employee Experiences leaders to own the design and implementation of initiatives that have a real impact on advancing Adobe’s talent capabilities in our diverse region.
This role is a senior member of the APJ Talent Development team, partnering across Employee Experience to provide guidance, mentoring and role modelling a learning culture. An active contributor to the team and work with colleagues on projects and programs across all Adobe regions.
This role will require travel throughout the year (1-2 times approx,)
What you’ll have
APAC Talent Development experience (SEA, Korea and Greater China) including planning, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, production & execution, data management and evaluation.
A strong background in consulting and coaching skills
Experience designing and facilitating sessions covering the areas:
Extensive experience and capability with Talent tool such as Gallup Strengths Finder, SDI, DISC, Insights and similar
Comfortable working across cultures and with teams across Asia Pacific, India, EMEA and USA.
Strong project management and organizational skills and experience with Learning software and tools.
Fluent in English – fluency in one of Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese is highly desirable
