Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 a year
The award-winning family owned and operated Stanmore Mazda has been selling Mazda vehicles for over 40 years, in and around the Inner West suburbs of Sydney. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our services and identifying new opportunities.
- Work closely with different teams to develop and launch service initiatives and to drive service enhancements based on customer feedback and industry insights.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, to understand their vehicular problems and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, building a strong reputation.
- Discuss dealership customer satisfaction standings with management, monitoring significant changes and determining possible contributing factors.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of customer satisfaction in the dealership.
- Maintain a file of the dealership's customer satisfaction achievements and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a courteous, and prompt manner.
- Work with the service department team, service advisors and customers to provide solutions to potential issues and ensure delivery of vehicles to customers is on time.
- Assist service customers, including scheduling service appointments, processing repair orders, invoices, and customer payments.
- Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate outstanding time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and people management skills
- Excellent complaint resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to investigate and manage complex customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs
