Evolve Talent Pty Ltd is looking to hire Recruitment Consultants for our NSW office as we continue to experience growth in this area. This is a full-time permanent role (38-hour week) with annual remuneration between $80,000 - $100,000 (negotiable depending on experience) on offer.
You would work as part of a growing team and job duties would include the following:
Client visits – identify and follow up business leads
Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other avenues
Advertising job advertisements using various platforms
Reference checks on candidates
Negotiation of employment contracts
Interviewing candidates to successfully fill positions
Business development
Proactively managing and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
Building rapport with candidates and clients
Reviewing & Screening CV's
Experience required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Consultant position is required
