The Team Leader - Sales will be responsible for a team of SOL Course Consultants, who provide course consultation services for prospective students - guiding them through their decision-making process and managing the enrolment process.  The Sales Team Leader delivers strong leadership, coaching, support, development, motivation, and performance management to your sales team to deliver on the strategic goals of the business. The Team Leader is also responsible for providing management with reports and plans on improvements for enrolment conversions and working with other departments to optimise results.

About You

Your Role

We are conducting an Expression of Interest for Air Traffic Control Instructors to work within the OneSKY operational training team, providing specialist operational training analysis, curriculum design, training product development and training delivery for the OneSKY program.

Core duties include:

• Conducting assessments on future required training (i.e. Training Needs Analysis)
• Developing the course curriculum and training materials (including practical simulation exercises) to satisfy the outcome of these assessments
• Delivering ATC systems training (including pseudo-pilot functions)
• Managing exercise environments
• Conducting training evaluations and reviews
• Providing ATC systems training advice to the OneSKY program
• Working to budget, quality and schedule requirements

Your Experience:

On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

• Designing and developing practical air traffic control simulation exercises for use in a formal training environment
• Designing, developing and delivering training courses
• Providing workplace training and assessment (or similar) and ideally hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
• Operating ATC simulator platforms with significant knowledge in the data, hardware and software performance requirements and hold a Diploma of Aviation - Air Traffic Control with operational ATC rating/endorsement experience within Tower/Approach and/or Approach/Enroute Control
• Australian Citizenship to be eligible for security clearance.

How you'll spend your time

• Raving on about the latest and coolest science news with other “science nerds” in our communal kitchen at lunchtime.
• Coordinating and facilitating in-house and on-site student testing sessions for our work-in-progress resources and fostering a great sense of community with one of our main stakeholder groups.

Hours and location

This is a full-time, permanent role with some flexible work hours. We really value collaboration and about three days in the work week are in person in the office but we also really value focus time and this can be done at home or in the office, whatever works for you! To provide you with the best onboarding experience, the first 4-6 weeks of this role will be worked in-person in our Melbourne office. We're all about what you achieve, not the hours of the day that you achieve it. Our (awesome) office is located on Exhibition Street in Melbourne CBD.

We are currently seeking a skilled Multimedia Editor and Videographer to join our team in creating exceptional video content for our online courses. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos that align with the educational objectives and brand standards of OES.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Learning Design team to understand the learning objectives and requirements for each video project
• Plan and execute video shoots, including lighting, audio, and camera setup
• Edit and post-produce videos, ensuring visual and audio quality, smooth transitions, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Create motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content
• Manage video assets, including storage, organization, and version control
• Stay up-to-date with video editing and production techniques, as well as emerging trends in multimedia

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multimedia editor and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Excellent understanding of camera work, lighting techniques, and audio recording
• Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and experience in educational video production is a plus
