The ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
• Be a strong leader, inclusive of others, and bring a positive attitude everyday
• Have a flair for building meaningful relationships with peers, families and children
• Have a passion for the RIE approach
• Be open to our unique way of programming and practice and ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Be relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children.
Essential Criteria:
• An ACECQA approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards with more than 50% completed)
• Minimum of three years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
• Proven mentoring and/or leadership experience
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Unwavering passion for children and Early Childhood Education and Care.
