• Ensures the correct protocols, procedures, specifications and documentations are in place for the projects to be completed to the correct/relevant engineering standards

In this role you will:
-Provide Atlassian's legendary technical support through written and verbal communication with customers in various types of roles while building positive customer relationships.
-Lead customer-facing calls, communicating progress updates, manage expectations, action plans, and resolution details, driving customer success.
-Perform problem evaluation, root cause analysis, debugging, reproduce issues, and troubleshoot Atlassian products and with other technologies our products work with.
-Be the point person in handling escalations from some of our largest customers and collaborating with other teams to bring them to resolution.
-Work to provide a consistent quality experience, bringing new and improved support methodologies to Atlassian, and creating a wide customer base, loyal to the Atlassian brand and products.
-Be a globally recognised knowledge multiplier, uplifting our teams technical skill level, and a vocal customer champion focusing on improving the broader customer experience.
-Have a visible global impact on process, product, and team by influencing our operational standards and product direction.
-Understand customer use cases and advocate for their needs to influence feature requests and bug fixes.

The Registered Midwife will work in partnership with women using a women centered approach to give them the necessary, support, care and advice during pregnancy, labour, birth and the postpartum period. Job Purpose

The Head of Customer & Community is responsible for the strategic development of UGL customer and stakeholder engagement experience and deliver the subject matter expertise in customer research initiatives in order to meet and exceed contract KPI’s.
Responsible for the leadership, strategy and analysis of the entire customer journey and customer touch points across the business in partnership with the leadership team as well as our joint venture partners to ensure ongoing improvement initiatives are developed.

Responsibilities

• Management and the development of the customer experience strategy and plan
• Delivery of CX strategy and plans
• Lead and support the transition and steady state business in accordance with the set plans
• Strategy development and reporting on all customer experience touchpoints and improvement strategies
• Improve the overall customer experience in all areas of the customer journey; services, brand, comfort, safety, information, feedback and monitoring and people engagement against contract KPI’s
• Responsible for the ongoing and multi-faceted customer research and feedback programs
• Direct liaison with external clients and key stakeholders on all customer and stakeholder engagement matters
• Lead innovative customer solutions in partnership with stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting with data-led insights and recommendations to improve initiatives
• Work with related industry bodies, regulators and government, providing leadership as appropriate

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the provision of customer information to a diverse audience using a variety of channels, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement effective marketing and communications plans, preferably in a public transport or tourism services environment.
• Detailed understanding of Australian public transport networks.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and experience in applying these to improving standards of customer experience and communication.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end production of communications content from concept to implementation, including planning and time management skills.

Complete comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new & current residents
Provide Leadership and supervision to Nursing Assistants and Enrolled Nurses
Have sound knowledge and procedural responsibility in medication management, wound assessment
Work a range of day, evening and night shifts on a 14 day roster
You will be required to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check & National Police Check
