Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Liaising with DVA customer to plan and implement agreed services

• Assist in managing the Court Hearing Notices process with the Clinic Coordinator and Client Services team.
• Assist the File and Admin team and Experts in chasing for documents for upcoming assessments from lawyers and communicate to experts and team.
• Ensure that facilities are suitable for expert needs; 
• Assist the Client Services Specialists in identifying any potential risks or issues to the team and appropriate manager.
• Promote and support practices that are inclusive, responsive, safe and accessible.

We are looking for a Reception/Administration Assistant to join our onsite centre management team at Traralgon Centre Plaza. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your administration and customer service skills in this varied and valued administrative role.

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager this role is Part-time (3 days a week), you will be involved in all aspects of office administration, reception, account management and lease administration.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist all visitors/contractors entering the office in a friendly and hospitable manner while covering the front desk.
• Handle administrative tasks for the centre, such as accounts payable, account reconciliation, and rent collection.
• Manage various lease administration tasks using our property management software.
• Support the Centre Management team with various ad hoc tasks, including administrative duties, marketing initiatives, and retailer support.
• Collaborate closely with team members, tenants, contractors, suppliers, and manage customer inquiries effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

As part of our Front Office team, no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between - check in, check out, luggage assistance, and responding to guest requests - whilst at the same time, creating stories that stay.

• travel to different branches to support customer service needs when required.
