I am currently recruiting for a Permanent, Full-time Service Coordinator position for a growing organisation who are innovative experts in Trade Services, Project and Construction Solutions based in the Inner West. As a Service Coordinator, you will utilise the company's network of trade people and consultants to schedule, manage and complete their client's facilities maintenance work orders. Work orders include routine and reactive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: carpentry, handyman, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, & more. This exciting position will provide the successful candidate with excellent client connections and relationship building opportunities as well as career development in the commercial and government property sectors. Schedule, manage and close numerous work orders.
Be resourceful and motivated to close work orders on time, meeting customer expectations and KPIs.
Problem-solving client and trade issues as they arise.
Building strong relationships with our trade network.
Administer high quality customer service to our clients.
Act ethically and maintain our professional standards. What you'll need to succeed
Experience in customer service, or service coordination in facility maintenance or property.
Present a can-do and positive attitude with the drive to deliver a high standard of customer service.
The ability to think on your feet in order to find alternative solutions.
Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Intermediate MS Office skills in Word and Excel
Experience with SimPRO is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided. What you'll get in return
