We are looking for a Reception/Administration Assistant to join our onsite centre management team at Traralgon Centre Plaza. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your administration and customer service skills in this varied and valued administrative role.
Reporting directly to the Administration Manager this role is Part-time (3 days a week), you will be involved in all aspects of office administration, reception, account management and lease administration.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist all visitors/contractors entering the office in a friendly and hospitable manner while covering the front desk.
- Handle administrative tasks for the centre, such as accounts payable, account reconciliation, and rent collection.
- Manage various lease administration tasks using our property management software.
- Support the Centre Management team with various ad hoc tasks, including administrative duties, marketing initiatives, and retailer support.
- Collaborate closely with team members, tenants, contractors, suppliers, and manage customer inquiries effectively.
