Your Career 

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be part of a business-critical capability to enable our customers’ secure environments. You act as their day-to-day technical contact, building relationships with them to ensure proper security integrations. Your Impact 

• Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by rapidly implementing and operationalizing Palo Alto Networks solutions to achieve their business and security objectives
• Assist customers in implementing Palo Alto Networks cloud solutions and fully integrate these into their security operations

ServiceNow is currently seeking a Director, Services Sales for ANZ, who will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Leaders, driving services sales to achieve business outcomes in new and existing customer accounts. Business outcomes are brought to life through implementation services, implementation advisory, training and enablement services, and ServiceNow Customer Success offerings. The role reports to the APAC Customer Outcomes Senior Director.

The ideal candidate must have deep experience in professional services sales leadership and have the drive and motivation to coach and mentor a geographically and culturally diverse team. As our newest GSA your role is to welcome our guests on arrival to ensure they enjoy their stay as you check them into or out of their villa. The role: Working on our busy reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality. Checking guests in and out daily, making reservations over the phone, running daily reports to identify any special requests, anticipating guests service needs, and complying with policies and procedures. You will listen to, and resolve guest's complaints or concerns, but there will always be a manager there to support you when required.

The hours: Full time role available working up to 38 hours a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.

The shifts: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm, on a rotating roster.

Rates: Mon-Fri $24.87, Sat $31.09, Sun $37.31

About the role

An exciting opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join the Platform team based at the Alice Springs Terminal. In this role you will be responsible for working within a team to help facilitate the requirements of The Ghan while it is stationed in Alice Springs.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Terminal Manager, some of your tasks will include:

·          Platform duties, including luggage handling.

·          Refiling the train with water

·          Operating equipment including wheelchair lifter and on-site vehicles

·          Set-up and pack-down of semi-weekly dinner functions

·          Transporting stock and supplies on and off-site

·          As required, cleaning and housekeeping tasks on-train and in the terminal.

·          Other duties as requested.

This position will require you to be on your feet for long periods of time and primarily outdoors.
