This position is reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader. The Customer Support Consultant position entails answering real-time inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting weekly service and sales KPIs.
- Providing a high level of customer service to our customers with exceptional knowledge of our products, services, processes and systems.
- Exceeding weekly targets by achieving KPIs for calls, chats, revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritization of customer service when complaints arise, and refer them to the correct escalations department.
- Liaise with manufacturers on behalf of customers and uphold positive. relationships with suppliers.
- Involvement in daily stand up training to increase knowledge in products and processes.
- Building relationships with necessary teams to ensure our customers are provided with the best possible experience.
