Our client is an one of our largest healthcare providers. In a vital role, the business is currently looking for a Payroll Systems Manager to lead a medium sized team and play a key role in continuous improvement / compliance strategies for the payroll team.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Director of Payroll, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Implement and execute strategic management objectives
Provide management, guidance, support and training for the Payroll Systems team
Ensure system and manual controls are maintained to support internal and external audits
Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
Review, manage and implement new legislative requirements
Review, manage and implement new Enterprise Agreement requirements
