Randstad has been given the exclusive opportunity to recruit for a Depot & Workshop Supervisor for our clients located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You would be joining a business that is Australia wide and well established, operating for 30 years!
This business designs, manufactures and delivers high-quality equipment that is then supported by the Depot team.
This role will see you managing a team of 6-8 indisviduals, taking responsibility for all daily activities and all-round safety. You will be someone who is excited about leading people, happy to jump in and be hands on when needed whilst also switch to administration duties when required.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
Reporting directly to the Depot Manager you will be managing a team of 6-8 including container repairers, forklift operators, depot hands etc
Assists the Depot Manager with safety meetings, toolbox and audits
