About the Role

You’ll help design personalized travel experiences—from booking flights and accommodations to crafting bespoke itineraries—while supporting our agents in closing sales. Your ability to connect with clients and ensure smooth travel experiences will be key to your success. You must be able to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support travel agents by assisting with finalizing bookings and ticketing.
Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support.
Take customer phone calls and assist with travel-related queries.
Assist customers with their travel plans, providing expert knowledge to inspire them.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Manage the entire client journey from booking to departure.
Work with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to arrange travel services.
Use in-house systems to organize and process bookings.
Meet key KPIs and sales targets.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel agent with a current client base.
Competency in at least one GDS system (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
Strong geographical knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
