The VIC State Supervisor role is a hands-on role, where every day is different, but the one thing you'll be guaranteed is that you'll be surrounded by toys, day in and day out. We're like an automated retail company, but for toys and merchandise! And we're looking for a State Supervisor to manage VIC operations. As the State Supervisor, you'll spend your time between the office, the warehouse and out on the road visiting clients and maintaining company equipment. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and resources to succeed and keep business running smoothly. You'll also be hands on, working within the team to demonstrate and role model expectations. Industry specific training will be provided. Team management and operational experience is essential.
