As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing arrivals and departures
- Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
- Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met
- Actively resolving guest issues and challenges
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts and nights as required.
You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
