Reporting to the Install Manager (or Install Supervisor in certain states), the Installer - Carpenter is responsible for delivering and installing appliances. With a steadfast commitment to Safety, Service, Cost, and Team.
What to expect on a day-to-day basis:
- Schedule arrival times with customers
- Measure and quote for appliance upgrades and cabinet adjustments during visits
- Install kitchen and laundry appliances (dishwashers, rangehoods, microwaves, fridges)
- Customise benchtops and cabinets for new appliances
- Dispose of old appliances and packaging
- Employ trade expertise to solve any issues for customer satisfaction
