Work closely with the Learning &OD Team and key stakeholders to lead the identification of future strategic and operational workforce requirements, and ensure these are integrated into existing OD and Learning frameworks, processes, and tools.

Coach and support front line managers to improve the engagement and retention of their teams.
System Support
Drive efforts to ensure SCCs workforce capability plans continue to meet organisational needs.
Guide cross functional teams in the use of SCCs tools and systems.
Facilitate a positive employee experience for all OD related initiatives.
Teamwork and Culture
Embed the organisations values and capabilities across the employee life cycle by working across the business with key process stakeholders.
Maintain professional behaviour that aligns with SCC values, mission, vision, and Code of Conduct.
