About the role:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking applications from a competent and proactive Accounts Payable Officer with experience in a full function accounts payable role. Job responsibilities include processing invoices, credits and payments in an accurate and timely manner, as well as providing administrative support to the organisation.
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, this role will be based in Wangara, WA.
Duties and responsibilities:
Full function accounts payable processing
Data entry: Matching, batching and coding
Managing the AP inbox
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payments
Office administration: Managing incoming out-going mails, maintaining in-house database
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager as required
Skills and Experience required:
3 Years proven experience in an accounts payable position (preferably MYOB)
