McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations. We are currently seeking a hands-on Pest Attendant to join the team in a full-time capacity across our various poultry farms.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Check and replenish bait stations across several sites within the business.
Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, both digitally and manually.
Efficiently and safely apply pest control solutions in line with industry standards.
Provide clear and professional communication to the Pest Management Supervisor and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Undertake further training as required.
