Techforce is currently seeking Experienced Rigging Supervisors for upcoming shutdowns with rosters reaching up to December .
Days and Night shifts available.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
Supervision of various Teams including Riggers, Technicians and more in a mine site environment
Safety conversations and promoting a leading safety culture.
Scheduling and rosters
The ability to be hands on with troubleshooting and diagnostics.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with (but not limited to):
Experience supervising both trades and non-trades in a mine site environment.
An understanding of continuous improvement along with a solid understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental factors
Exposure to Safety policies and procedures
To be considered you must have (or be willing to obtain):
National High-Risk Ticket - Advanced Rigging
Confined Space and Working at Heights
