You will support an external service provider, focused on maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure. What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience providing level 1-3 support for a professional services firm
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) platform.
Hands-on experience with Zero or a similar system.
Experience troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues
Strong understanding of basic networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: ITIL, CCNA) are a plus
