ABOUT THE BRANCH The Policy and Governance Branch within the Shared Services Division is responsible for driving cross-government policy and governance outcomes. As part of the Governments APS ERP Approach, the Project Management Office (PMO) has been established in the Policy and Governance Branch to support smaller non-corporate Commonwealth entities to assess ERP uplift requirements and choose solutions that best meet entity needs and budgets. The PMO will consult with smaller entities to identify those needing a technology uplift and support them to choose a solution that best meets needs and budgets. The PMO will work with entities to prepare a consolidated budget comeback to support the required smaller entity ERP technology
