Overview:
Kanini Software Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in the Australian Medicinal Cannabis industry, specifically in project delivery, business process mapping, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the deployment of a Unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, focusing on improving customer engagement, streamlining sales processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency to support business growth in both the Australian and global markets.

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of a comprehensive Omnichannel eCommerce platform, ensuring it addresses regulatory compliance risks, enhances cyber security, optimises customer experiences, and resolves operational inefficiencies in the Medicinal Cannabis industry.

• Establish a structured approach to document, manage, and improve business processes across the organisation, contributing to future ISO certification.

• Integrate data assets into process mapping to design a comprehensive "to-be" data model aligned with business needs, enhancing CRM and eCommerce projects.

• Document the current state of business processes for prioritized products, ensuring a clear understanding of existing workflows and systems.

• Ensure business processes highlight all data inputs, outputs, and other critical information to support and facilitate system changes.

• Develop user journey maps aligned with documented 'as-is' business processes to visualize customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.

• Outline the desired future state of business processes for prioritized products, focusing on improvements and optimizations.

• Develop customer journey maps aligned with 'to-be' business processes to visualize the improved customer experience.


• Establish a structured and hierarchical documentation of business processes to enhance clarity, communication, and analysis across different levels of the organization.

• Ensure business processes are broken down into manageable levels (e.g., high-level, mid-level, detailed steps) for a clear understanding of workflows and interdependencies.

Key Skills and Expertise:

Functional Expertise:

• Understanding of the Australian Medicinal Cannabis industry, including the regulatory framework governed by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
• Proven ability to lead and execute business process mapping and documentation initiatives within a regulated environment.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and managing Quality Assurance (QA) processes within the Medicinal Cannabis industry.
• Proven experience in implementing comprehensive Omnichannel eCommerce solutions, particularly within the Medicinal Cannabis industry.
• Expertise in addressing critical challenges such as regulatory compliance risks, cyber security threats, and missed revenue opportunities.
• Extensive experience in implementing and managing Unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Skilled in optimising sales processes through CRM integration, resulting in more accurate reporting, better segmentation, and channel understanding.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Expertise in Data Migration of Unified Platforms
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology
• Quality Assurance and Compliance

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM and SharpSpring
• Databricks Certified: Lakehouse Fundamentals (mandatory)
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Microsoft TFS, and Visio
• Experience with Data Analytics and BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Working knowledge of API Architecture (REST) and JSON
• Expertise in Data Migration (Data Lakehouse, SQL, ADLS, Snowflake)

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Azure (mandatory)
• Salesforce (mandatory)
• Databricks (desirable)
• Snowflake (desirable)

Annual Salary: $140,000 + Superannuation
