About the Role:
Reporting to the Experience and eCommerce Manager , the eCommerce Ful fillment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of online orders.
Y ou will be responsible for the administration and business support of eCommerce sales, managing inventory efficiently, and streamlining operations for improved performance. T he eCommerce Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for picking, sourcing, packing, and dispatching all online orders accurately from our warehouse right to the customer door. You will be accountable for upholding the professional image of National Pharmacies through all customer interactions .
In this role, you will:
Ensure all online enquiries are either answered appropriately or directed to relevant departments.
Assist in resolving all internal and external, online and customer queries promptly.
Source products for unfulfilled orders where fulfilment store could not supply.
