You will be a collaborative retail leasing expert ideally from a luxury and apparel retail background. You will be able to demonstrate you can:
Lead and manage the leasing strategy and negotiations for all retail locations across Australia.
Drive expansion and optimise existing store locations, ensuring premium standards align with the brand image.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop real estate strategies that support business growth.
Monitor market trends, identify prime retail opportunities, and evaluate locations for new stores.
Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers to secure the best terms for the company.
Oversee lease renewals, relocations, and renegotiations to enhance store profitability.
