About Them: This long standing fashion retailer who are known for their amazing trends in the market for decades are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to help manage and grow their portfolio. This is a senior role and needs someone who can help make sure things run smoothly whilst representing a highly prestigious brand! You will be responsible:
Daily management of a commercial portfolio of 45 properties
Ability to source out new spaces
Working closely with the management team to formulate and implement proactive and innovative strategies for the businesses portfolio
Achieve optimal portfolio performance
Manage and streamline the Insurances Claims process
Ensure all Critical Dates are managed in a timely manner
Quick to recognise and take prompt action to secure favourable outcomes on lease issues/negotiation processes
