The Construction Supervisor role at Maas Homes is a key position that oversees all aspects of the residential construction of new homes - directly reporting to the Maas Homes Construction Manager. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Primary duties responsibilities:
Complete weekly Construction updates with the Construction manager, ensuring that each project is forward scheduled via the software operating system
Proactive and scheduling allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of homes
Complete weekly site safety checks on every project and log communication through operating software management systems, e.g., Toolbox talks, as per company policies and procedures.
Oversee assigned construction projects and monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
