We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team based at Pinkenba. This is a permanent, full-time role within the Customer Interface Team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers as well as general enquiries. Your days will be busy as you help customers to place orders, raise queries and look for information on their account activity. Some detective work will come into play for more challenging issues and you will have to utilise your knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders to get the best result. You will spend much of your day on the phone, as well as dealing with queries via email and fax. Your passion and genuine interest in providing exceptional service means you will become a valued member of our team and delight our customers.
