Purpose of the role
The ServiceNow Developer delivers enterprise workflow solutions and provides technical guidance for business initiatives. They challenge the status quo and advocate for continuous improvement of enterprise workflow systems. Responsibilities include planning and implementing changes to enhance performance, developing and supporting the organization's enterprise systems, and ensuring these systems are available, secure, resilient, and scalable for future needs.
Position accountabilities:
Assist in the design, development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow Workflow solutions.
Develop expertise to support enterprise-wide delivery.
Identify and resolve issues to improve performance and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Maintain knowledge management for sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external suppliers.
Champion the workflow solution and perform relevant activities as needed.
Contribute to team development through training and knowledge sharing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for platform reliability, scalability, efficiency, and security.
