The purpose of your role as our Member Consultant will be to ensure member experience is 5 Star. You will be working closely with the Manager to develop and grow the Clubs member-base and revenue within the business.
Duties include:
Support new members as they begin their fitness journey, new member orientations and consults including Evolt Scanning and explaining results
Develop and facilitate regular member interaction initiatives and programs, working closing with club manager, team members and personal training team.
Achieving monthly KPIs.
Proactively seeking new membership opportunities.
Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service.
