Job Responsibilities:
Hair Cutting: Specialize in creating personalized haircuts for clients, including classic bobs, pixie cuts, long layers, and other trendy styles. Haircuts should be tailored to enhance facial features and complement individual personalities.
Hair Coloring: Provide expert hair color services, from subtle highlights to bold transformations. Responsible for covering gray hair, adding dimension, or executing complete look changes using premium hair color products.
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and desired style. Ensure clear communication of the results expected and provide advice on suitable hairstyles, cuts, and color options.
Treatments and Care: Offer treatments like keratin to smooth and strengthen hair, promoting healthy, long-lasting results. Stay up to date on the latest hair treatment techniques and products to ensure quality service.
Bridal and Special Occasion Hair: Create stunning bridal hairdos and special event styles. Collaborate with bridal makeup artists to design looks that enhance the bride’s natural beauty and complement her wedding attire.
Men’s Grooming: Provide tailored grooming services for male clients, including precision haircuts and subtle color services, ensuring a polished and trendy look for each client.
Product Recommendations: Suggest and promote high-quality hair care products to clients for maintaining salon-quality results at home.
Requirements:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Certificate III in Hairdressing.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a hairdresser.
Strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
Ability to listen to clients and understand their needs.
Up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and precision in hairstyling and treatments.
