About the Role Are you passionate about empowering youth and making a difference in East Arnhem Land? Look no further! Were seeking a dynamic Regional Youth Manager to lead our talented team of Darwin and Arnhem Land-based employees to deliver our Youth Model. This position is based in Darwin with travel to remote Indigenous Communities required. Responsibilities:
Oversee Yolu Local Leadership Groups for community-led youth projects.
Manage a team of three full-time staff in Darwin.
Develop transparent governance arrangements aligned with Yolu values.
Implement a community-led measurement framework.
Co-design and deliver a regional Yolu Youth Voices Strategy.
Champion ALPA values and ensure work health and safety.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program impact.
Support East Arnhem Land initiatives for Yolnu Youth.
Evaluate program effectiveness and manage the budget.
