Key Accountabilities:
Provide guidance and support to managers across HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate and advise managers on workforce planning, performance management, organisational change, compliance and employee relations to ensure organisation effectiveness
Partner with senior stakeholders and the wider People & Culture team on people initiatives and strategies
Establish and sustain strong relationships with key managers in the division while staying informed about their current business needs.
Key Requirements:
Experience managing your own client group or similar
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
