Experience in talent intelligence, sourcing strategy, and campaign management. Prior experience within the Retail industry would be advantageous, however not essential.

Knowledge of EVP development and employer brand strategies.
Effectively collaborates with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Continuously improves sourcing strategies and campaign performance.
Enhances candidate experience and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Excels in creating and managing strategic sourcing channels for various role types, with a focus on critical, high-frequency, and hard-to-fill positions through innovative above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns
