The Chief People Officer (CPO) leads the People, Culture and Development (PCD) function and is responsible for fostering a high performing environment in order to deliver a range of strategic and operational services across our diverse and complex organisation in the areas of organisational development, people experience, workplace relations and safety and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Director Customer and Performance (C&P) you will be an integral part of the C&P leadership team, where your role will be pivotal in bridging our strategic direction, continuous improvement, organisational culture, capability and people related matters.
