As a Category Manager, you inspire teams to connect everyone with a drinks experience they’ll love. You support the development and oversee the execution of the 6 - 24 month category strategy for Endeavour Group or within a retail brand. You work closely with the Category team and cross functional team to manage the commercial and go to market proposition, whilst delivering on core business priorities.

- Category Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of the 6-24 month category strategy, including key category jobs to be done.
- Innovation Partnerships: Identify partnerships with our supplier network, creating strategic initiatives and product innovation to focus on the customer needs of tomorrow.
- Data-Driven Growth: Leverage data and insights to understand customer trends, driving continuous improvement and sustainable brand growth.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate across teams and suppliers to ensure efficient on-time delivery of products, marketing campaigns, and promotions in line with the Customer Trade Plan.
- Industry Expertise: Build deep industry knowledge and develop portfolio, promotional and marketing strategies to meet sales and KPI objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your team by role-modelling values, building commitment to business strategies, and developing future leaders through feedback and succession planning.
