Join Sunwater as our Change Manager where you will work within the Enterprise Change Enablement team to develop and deliver project-related change, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies and plans on specifically allocated projects, contributing to continually building Sunwaters capability and capacity for change. This is a fixed term 12-month position.
As the Change Manager at Sunwater, you will:
Leverage the Enterprise Change Enablement Strategy to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments and training plans.
Own and manage the change management activities within the overall integrated project plan, collaborating with project teams for the completion of deliverables.
