Reporting into the Pacific Services Manager, the new Interlock Installation & Service Manager (?IISM?) will be based at our Notting Hill head office in Victoria, enjoy autonomy and flexibility, and have the option of hybrid working. The IISM is to play a crucial role in managing the quality, availability, and efficiency of services provided by authorised Draeger Interlock agencies and Draeger Interlock installation and repair workshops throughout Australia and New Zealand. They will make their mark and be agile in visiting customers, regularly travelling interstate, and driving improvements, as well as:
Lead a medium-sized team of Interlock installation and repair technicians;
Oversee all internal and external installation, service, and facility operations;
Periodically visit, audit, and support all local and interstate teams, inclusive of agency installation and service partners;
Play an active role in identifying and onboarding new
